Since receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Arizona State University, Gail has spent over twenty-five years working in the field of creative arts.
This creative process was a natural step into the world of children’s picture books. The conception of ideas, words, and images brought to life through the pages of a book is a designer’s dream. In 2001 Gail joined the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators and began the journey of perfecting this craft, and realizing this dream.
Living in the Sonoran desert of Arizona, Gail enjoys everything the great outdoors has to offer. Her backyard is home to her very own studio which she and her husband designed and built themselves!
